2.3 Payment Security All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and PCI DSS compliant.

2.4 Failed Transactions If your payment fails, the order will not be processed. Any amount debited for a failed transaction will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Product Descriptions

3.1 Accuracy We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to monitor/screen settings
  • Product images are for illustration purposes and actual product may vary slightly
  • Dimensions are approximate and may have a tolerance of +/- 2mm for 3D printed products

3.2 Custom and Personalized Products For custom printed and personalized products:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information, text and images
  • We are not responsible for errors in custom content provided by you
  • Custom products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect

3.3 3D Printed Products Our 3D printed products are manufactured using FDM/resin technology. Minor layer lines or surface variations are characteristic of 3D printing and do not constitute a defect.

4. Order Acceptance

4.1 Order Confirmation Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message from us.

4.2 Right to Refuse We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Products listed at incorrect prices
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Items out of stock or discontinued
  • Orders that violate our policies

4.3 Order Cancellation by Customer

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.4 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order is defective

5.5 Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can track your order on our website or the courier partner's website.

5.6 Delivery Failure If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of recipient:

  • Courier will attempt delivery 3 times
  • After 3 failed attempts, order will be returned to us
  • Re-delivery charges will apply

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product significantly different from description on website

9. Limitation of Liability
